Data Management

We believe that pro-active, reliable and free communication is key to the smooth progress of the study. We actively encourage our Sponsors to treat our staff as members of their team. Internally we ensure that messages received by individuals are brought to the attention of the whole team. When there’s a deadline, it becomes a company responsibility to achieve it.

With our flexible data management systems we are regularly achieving on-time database locks, with error rates at less than 0.02%. The incorporation of CDISC as our default standard and our ability to generate datasets in any ODBC compliant format ensure ease of data transmission to our Sponsor’s database.

We have designed our own validated browsers and auto-encoders for medical coding, including MedDRA, WHOART and WHOdrug and Sponsor-specific dictionaries.

We’ve worked on a wide range of study types from all over the world, with, typically, 70-80 trials ongoing at any time. We’ve developed strong expertise in several therapeutic areas, including oncology, asthma, vaccines, rheumatoid arthritis, monoclonal antibodies….
